Jason's Tours is built around one idea: immersing you in the culture and daily life of Cambodia, not its attractions. Our tours take you into rural villages, working farms, and family homes that most visitors never see.

Who we are

Why these tours exist

My name is Jason. I was travelling through Asia when the pandemic began and found myself unexpectedly living in Cambodia. During that difficult time, it was the Cambodians who welcomed me in. They shared their homes, their meals, their culture, and their stories.

What struck me most was not just the warmth and generosity of the people, but the pride they have in who they are. Today Cambodia is mostly known for its ancient temples and the Khmer Rouge, but those overshadow the rich heritage of its people.

I started Jason's Tours to share the vibrant culture that endures within Cambodia today.

“Quite simply the best tour we've had after months of traveling in Southeast Asia. Part tour guide, part history teacher, and part anthropologist. If you only do one thing in Kampot, do this tour.”

Emily L.

“A MUST DO IN KAMPOT! We were the only tourists there, that's how exclusive this tour is. We stopped to eat at a local family's house, and it was DELICIOUS!”

La Ghits

“Brilliant tour! Jason had so much to say and teach us. We finished with a beer together and ended the evening in a fun way.”
